Cancellation Policy

All registrations will be acknowledged with a Registration Confirmation email from Raising Achievement. Once you have registered, should you become aware that you will be unable to attend you must notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees will apply to enable us to recover associated costs. 

 

Cancellations received up to three days before a seminar will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations received within two days of a seminar incur a 50% cancellation fee.

 

Registrations can be transferred to another person up to one week prior to the seminar date. Please ensure that you email us with the name and contact details for the substitute attendee.

 

Credit towards another course or full refund may be offered in circumstances beyond the attendees control.
